What Makes It Alkaline?

  • No dairy (we’re using homemade nut milk)

  • No processed sugar (we’re sweetening naturally with dates or agave)

  • No acidic cocoa (we’re using raw cacao or carob powder for that rich, chocolatey goodness)

Ingredients (1-2 Servings)

1 ½ cups homemade walnut or hemp seed milk (or any alkaline nut milk)
2 tbsp raw cacao powder (or carob powder for a caffeine-free option)
1-2 soft medjool dates (or 1 tbsp agave/maple syrup for sweetness)
¼ tsp sea moss gel (adds thickness & minerals)
½ tsp cinnamon (alkaline version: Ceylon cinnamon)
¼ tsp vanilla extract (for that deep, cozy flavor)
Pinch of Himalayan sea salt
Optional: ¼ tsp cayenne (if you like a spicy kick 🔥)

⏱ Prep Time:

  • 5 minutes (blending)

  • 5 minutes (heating)

  • Total: 10 minutes max!

Instructions

  1. Blend it Up: Toss all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy (about 30 seconds).

  2. Heat it Gently: Pour the mix into a small pot and heat on low-medium (don’t boil. Keep it nutrient-packed!). Stir continuously for about 3-5 minutes.
