Ingredients (1-2 Servings)
• 1 ½ cups homemade walnut or hemp seed milk (or any alkaline nut milk)
• 2 tbsp raw cacao powder (or carob powder for a caffeine-free option)
• 1-2 soft medjool dates (or 1 tbsp agave/maple syrup for sweetness)
• ¼ tsp sea moss gel (adds thickness & minerals)
• ½ tsp cinnamon (alkaline version: Ceylon cinnamon)
• ¼ tsp vanilla extract (for that deep, cozy flavor)
• Pinch of Himalayan sea salt
• Optional: ¼ tsp cayenne (if you like a spicy kick 🔥)

Instructions
